The UC Davis 2008 Pediatric Telehealth Colloquium will be held in conjunction with the ATA Mid-Year Meeting. The Colloquium, already established as a premier event for the pediatric telehealth community, is dedicated to the presentation of original research related to pediatric telemedicine by investigators in clinical science. Topics of special interest include:

• Outpatient telemedicine
• Innovative pediatric telehealth applications
• Sustainability
• Quality of care

There will also be a Pre-Meeting International SIG Working Group Meeting Sunday, September 14 - 10:00am - 4:00pm

Registration is now open for the Fifth Annual National Telehealth Conference to be held September 25th through 27th at the Minneapolis-St. Paul Airport (MSP) Hilton Hotel. An e-brochure contains all speakers, topics, continuing education credits, hotel information and a registration form. Registrations can be emailed, faxed or mailed.
This annual conference is for an audience of office and call center triage nurses, physicians, and administrators. For the September 2008 Conference, up to 13.0 continuing education credits for physicians (CMEs) and 15.6 continuing education credits for nurses (Contact Hours) can be earned by attendees.
CPN Telephone Nurse Triage features specially trained nurse and medical representatives providing a full range of medical advice and care via telephone. CPN offers a broad range of other services to pediatric, adult and specialty clinics, such as coding consulting, and spirometry training.

Children's Physician Network (CPN) is a pediatric provider network (care system), comprised of more than 200 primary care providers, more than 500 specialty providers, and Children's Hospitals and Clinics of Minnesota.
Primary care providers serve pediatric patients living in the Twin Cities metropolitan area through one of 49 clinic locations; specialty providers through more than 400 locations. Clinics range in size from single practitioner to those with 40 or more. Most clinics are independent, community-based practices that have come together through Children's Physician Network to:
- improve the health status of children and adolescents
- be able to serve patients in all health plans
- serve as a unified voice in the community regarding pediatric health care issues.
